What is a Zen Break?
A meditative pause in your day designed to relax your mind and create calmness—one zen stroke at a time. Using the art of Zentangle, practiced on 3.5-inch paper-based "tiles," simple elemental strokes (dots, lines, curves) create complex, beautiful patterns that promote relaxation and mental health.

At 16 years old, Kabir is one of the youngest Certified Zentangle Teachers (CZT) in the world. Since getting certified in May 2021, he has brought the therapeutic power of Zentangle to vulnerable and stressed populations.
